OUR RELATIONSHIPS
Governed by Christ
We are governed by Jesus Christ, who is the head of the church. This church is subject to no other ecclesiastical body. Although Living Praise Chapel is autonomous, it is our intention to cooperate with and support other Christian organisations we deem appropriate, for the purposes of doing ministry and mission.

OUR STORY
From one room in London to six countries
In the past, Jesus Christ said to Bishop Roberts: “Build me an army of worshippers.” And so, out of this instruction from the God of heaven, this church was born.
But why did God desire the establishment of this church for Him, when churches abound all over? Initially, Bishop Roberts did not want any additional spiritual and physical responsibilities. He was thus reluctant to start a church. Nonetheless, God gave him two options to choose from — either he make his services available to the body of Christ by establishing the church, or He would call him home for lack of willingness to obey.
With sincerity, he agreed to Christ’s desire, and on 28 November 2010 Living Praise Chapel was born in London. Today there are branches in Malawi, Uganda, South Africa, India and Ghana, together with other affiliated churches.
